Born in Calgary and proudly calling Chatham home for the past decade, Chef Kyle is a Red Seal Chef and Junior Sommelier whose love for food and wine is nothing short of contagious. His culinary path has led him through Calgary, Toronto and London, each city, shaping his creativity and fueling his drive to master the craft. Kyle’s heart lies in farm-to-table cooking, celebrating the flavours of local fields, farms and vineyards with every dish he creates. Guided by his passion for wine, he delights in curating perfect pairings that elevate the dining experience and tells a story on the palate. For Chef Kyle, food is more than nourishment- it is art, connection and an opportunity to bring people together around unforgettable moments.

Her diverse background spans bakeries, restaurants, event centers, and catering, giving her a well-rounded expertise in all aspects of the food and beverage industry. She is committed to community, exceptional service, and fresh, seasonal dining experiences.
